CAD Design:

We take your drawings, and render these into CAD program files. Its part of our service. We work closely with our clients to ensure we get it right. The files remain with us to ensure you can re-manufacture earlier designs. We know our equipment, and will CAD design for maximum efficiency and minimum tolerance violations.

CNC Bending:

We do a lot of this, and we know our materials.
We will soon let you know if what you hope to acheive when bending material, is possible or not. Our staff have had many years experience in folding and bending a variety of materials, and we consider ourselves among the best. Ask us for for our advice, and exploit our experience.

CNC Turret Punching:

Today's CNC Turret punch machines, mean mass production of extremely complex metal forms is performed efficiently and cheaply, but with great accuraccy and low cost.
